bq. Parliamentarians Kuldip Nayyar and Raj Babbar were joined by 12 lawmakers from Pakistan to celebrate the 10th Midnight peace festival. They, however, forgot to take candles to the zero line from the venue of the function. One candle was hurriedly procured to light up the occasion.
